The EU AI Act’s Code of Practice on Transparency of AI-Generated Content has led many AI companies that serve customers abroad to begin to watermark all AI-generated content, whether through obvious means such as image watermarks or inconspicuous means such as AI-text watermarking that is done by tweaking the LLM's word predictions.
As stated in our previous company blog, we would not be in compliance with this watermarking and would remove any such traces. Consequently, this makes Explofi and its products unavailable in the EU; however, that is anything but an issue for us, as our focus is on small businesses in America.
Those who trust us and use our products for their small business SEO needs never need to worry about their content being watermarked because of foreign laws.
