These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Explofi ("Explofi," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Explofi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
All purchases made through the Services are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Explofi does not store your payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Stripe may provide Explofi with limited information, such as payment confirmation and billing details, for the purpose of maintaining records and fulfilling transactions. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account.
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to access systems without authorization, interfering with the operation of the Services, reverse engineering, or using the Services for unlawful purposes. Explofi reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms.
Explofi is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete such information from our records. If you believe that personal information belonging to a child under the age of 13 has been submitted to or stored on our Services, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Explofi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes the encryption of data in transit, the secure handling of payments by Stripe, and the use of Cloudflare to prevent malicious activity. While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Services may rely on third-party providers, including Stripe (payment processing), Google (OAuth authentication), and Cloudflare (content delivery and security). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Explofi is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Explofi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Explofi disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, by you to Explofi for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Explofi and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, but Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Disclaimers), 8 (Limitation of Liability), and 9 (Indemnification) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Nevada, United States, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
